This Privacy Policy explains how Neon Arcade ("we", "us") handles information when you use the Whack-a-Mole app and game (the "Service"), including versions published on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Your best scores are saved only in your device's local storage so you can see them next time. They are never sent to us. You can delete them at any time by clearing the app's data or your browser's site data, or by uninstalling the app.
When a game starts, our server records an anonymous "play" event containing only the game name and the time. It contains no personal information and cannot be used to identify you. We use it to see which games are popular. When you play offline, nothing is sent.
If you contact us through our contact form or by email, we receive the name, email address and message you choose to send. We use them only to reply to you, and delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Like any website or online service, our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request data in order to deliver the Service and keep it secure. We do not use this data to build profiles.
The Service is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). Children should not use the contact form without a parent's permission. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Because we hold almost no personal data, most requests concern contact messages. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls to protect the limited data we hold.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the Service ever adds features such as ads, analytics or purchases, this policy will be updated before they launch.
